We're currently hiring for an experienced Procurement Supervisor to lead purchasing activities and oversee a team of Buyers and Expeditors in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supplier management, procurement execution, cost analysis, and material readiness while supporting production schedules and maintaining compliance with aerospace/defense industry standards.
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise Buyers and Expeditors, providing coaching and daily support.
+ Manage procurement activities, supplier performance, and purchase order execution.
+ Support RFQ processes, quote evaluations, pricing analysis, and vendor negotiations.
+ Monitor supplier deliveries, expedite critical materials, and resolve shortages.
+ Partner with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Program teams to support manufacturing schedules.
+ Track procurement KPIs including cost savings, on-time delivery, and material availability.
