The Buyer will be responsible in the procurement of indirect materials such as spare parts, supplies, and services for all URC sites through sourcing, negotiating, purchase order processing, and coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of required materials and cost efficiency while adhering to company policies and quality standards. The role is responsible for identifying short- and long-term strategies in improving the procure to pay cycle that will deliver value creation, risk mitigation, process compliance and efficiency.
