**Responsibilities**:
- Establish Specific Procurement Strategy according to business need and relevant category strategy
- Prepare evaluation procedure plan and conduct negotiations
- Contribute to the establishment and management of a risk-based follow-up plan, linked to strategic objectives
- Contribute to ensure agreement understanding and compliance (training of contract users)
- Safeguard correct use of the contract
- Collaboration with internal partner/customers
