**Job Description:**
We’re looking for a **Procurement Specialist** to join our Procurement team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support Manulife’s Procurement process and procurement systems as part of the digitization program and process improvement of Manulife Global Procurement. This role will also be responsible in delivering business requirements through oversight of day-to-day operations and efficient performance of the end-to-end procurement process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support operational business requirements related to the end-to-end procurement process timely and efficiently.
+ Review daily list of requisitions per assigned country or location and relevant fields as appropriate.
+ Edit specific fields in the purchase requisition to align to business rules and terms per location.
+ Initiates change order request as needed with visibility with the requester and supplier.
+ Cancel POs as may be required or close it wh...
