The Procurement Specialist will manage global material shortages and support purchasing activities for assigned programs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary purchasing interface to global plants, ensuring alignment between production needs and supplier capabilities while contributing to safer, cleaner, and more intelligent mobility solutions.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and resolve critical supply escalations for global manufacturing sites to minimize production disruptions.
+ Escalate material shortages within supplier leadership teams to ensure timely and appropriate delivery responses.
+ Update, analyze, and distribute global runout sheets by quantifying and manipulating data so that it aligns with overall production plans and supplier requirements.
