Procurement Specialist

Akima Mission Optimization (AMO), an Akima company, always looking for qualified individuals who can obtain a clearance and join our team as a Procurement Specialist **.** Candidates will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corporate Operations Support Services contract in Dahlgren, VA. NSWC Dahlgren requires on-site procurement support for day-to-day operations within the Corporate Business Division in the areas of procurement management. The role will focus on independently managing activities and functions aligned with the procurement life cycle.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and oversee the review and analysis of procurement requirements for internal and external customers in major Programs across NSWCDD.
+ Determine the appropriate and compliant procurement vehicle which conforms to FAR requirements and assist customers with completing the necessary procurement documentation to ensure FIAR audit readiness.
