Procurement Specialist

At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy.

In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks: Procurement Project Management: Receive order lists and initiate procurement documentation.
Invite suppliers to register in ARIBA and coordinate due diligence.
Launch RFPs, review offers, assist with comparisons, and calculate scores.
Prepare evaluation reports and manage internal approvals.
Coordinate meetings and notify suppliers of outcomes.
Archive all project documentation in ARIBA and Share Point.
Collaboration with other departments.
Supplier Management: Review supplier information and documents uploaded to ARIBA.
Manage supplier registration approvals.
