Procurement Specialist

Description We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations for a mission-driven non-profit organization in Austin, Texas. This role focuses on coordinating procurement documentation, evaluating suppliers, and helping maintain accurate purchasing records within Costpoint. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to keep procurement activities compliant and efficient.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate prospective suppliers, compare options, and help identify sourcing arrangements that align with organizational needs.
• Prepare, review, and enter purchase orders and related procurement records in Costpoint with a high level of accuracy.
