**Description:** Enterprise Business Services Central Procurement SEMAC organization has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Professional dedicated to the acquisition of materials for multiple MFC programs and locations. The position will be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, performance specification, commercial and build-to-print subcontracts for DOD programs for specific and miscellaneous electrical hardware. Duties will include; preparation of bid packages, analyzing and evaluating proposals, selecting or recommending subcontractors, performing price analysis, subcontract/PO documentation and placement, invoice reconciliation, negotiating and coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
