Job Responsibilities
Procurement &
Supplier Management
Source and purchase items based on operational and warehouse requirements.
Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and pricing.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Warehouse &
Inventory Control
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and stock checks.
Ensure proper storage, organization, and tracking of warehouse items and event props.
Coordinate item movement and ensure inventory records are updated accurately.
Operation Coordination
Prepare setup order packing lists and ensure all event setup requirements are properly arranged.
