Responsibilities
- Manage all procurement and purchasing activities within the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure full compliance with the P2P process in alignment with Global Procurement guidelines.
- Maintain proactive coordination and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Align procurement strategies with business goals and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess demand and plan procurement schedules effectively.
- Conduct regular followups on open orders to ensure timely deliveries and manage rescheduling when needed.
- Carry out RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes perform cost/value analysis and provide recommendations based on best value principles.
- Analyze procurement data periodically to identify and implement P2P efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Manage and resolve vendor complaints disputes and claims professionally....
