Validation of quotes timeously and ensure that quotations received are at the best price and quality. Placing of orders and follow-ups on delivery lead times to communicate with internal customers. Monitor and improve the running of the MRP and the procurement of materials.

Responsibilities

• Validation of quotes timeously and ensure quotations received are at the best price and quality.
• Placing of orders and follow-ups on delivery lead times to communicate with internal customers.
• Monitor and improve the running of the MRP and the procurement of materials.
• Forecasting and monitoring of required stock and supply patterns with strong involvement with Top Management.
• Responsible for planning, developing and buying of materials.
