Procurement Officer

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Officer to manage sourcing purchasing and vendor management for landscape swimming pool and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE suppliers procurement regulations and logistics processes ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project schedules and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials including tiles lighting pumps plants furniture fittings joinery and MEP items.

• Prepare and issue RFQs LPOs comparison sheets and purchase orders in coordination with project and design teams.

• Maintain an updated vendor database with pricing delivery timelines and credit terms.

• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely supply to sites.
