About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Procurement Officer to support the sourcing purchasing and vendor management activities for our interior fit out and construction projects. The role involves working closely with project teams suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials while optimizing cost quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers for interior fit out materials (fixtures finishes joinery fittings) and construction services.

Issue RFQs / RFPs compare vendor quotations and negotiate pricing delivery schedules payment terms and contracts.

Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in line with approved requisitions and project requirements.

Coordinate with project managers site engineers and operations teams to forecast material needs prevent delays and ensure project alignment.
