Job Responsibilities
- Build NZ operations from the ground up
- Own grower network & procurement strategy
- Source premium apples directly from growers across key NZ regions
- Build and scale a reliable network of orchards and supply partners
- Identify and lease packhouse capacity for packing and storage
- Oversee cold chain logistics, shipping and export coordination
- Ensure quality control, traceability and export compliance
- Collaborate with global teams across India, Chile and Europe
- Support team build‑out across procurement and quality functions
