Procurement Manager (Food)

Reporting to the Procurement Director, they are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Manager / Senior Manager to lead the sourcing activities and optimize the procurement function.

You will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings across various direct food categories. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record within the Food Industry.

• Strategic Sourcing and Category Management: Develop and implement comprehensive multi-year procurement strategies for direct spend categories, including but not limited to Frozen Food, Frozen Meat, Frozen Poultry, Dairy, Butter, Cheeses, Dry Food, Seafood etc.
