Procurement Manager (14 Months Contract)

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to help us optimize Hootsuite’s global procurement process. You’ll be working on company-wide cost saving initiatives, strategic sourcing and procurement operations to increase Hootsuite’s profitability.

This role is open to remote-applicants in Canada (in Provinces where we can hire legally).

The position is available for a fixed term from July 2026 to November 2027.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Oversee and project manage purchases from across the organization, including in some cases business critical engagements, acting as a central hub that brings together business partners, Hootsuite’s control functions (like Finance, IT, Legal, Privacy, etc.) and Hootsuite’s supply chain

Negotiate complex contracts and commercial agreements, particularly in software/SaaS category, ensuring outcomes that balance cost, risk, performance, and long-term value
