Procurement & logistics buyer

The Buyer is the strategic sourcing engine of the brand, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain. From day one, this role is responsible for optimizing the current product catalog, reducing costs without compromising the sensory identity of the product, and sustaining inventory availability in a fast-paced growth environment. The Buyer owns the end-to-end purchasing relationship with suppliers, the logistics of getting production out the door (case pack definition, forwarder quoting, and pick-up coordination), and the sourcing of new suppliers whenever current partners fall short of the brand's quality, cost, or service expectations. The Buyer will work in close collaboration with S&OP and Demand Planning, and will serve as the technical-commercial link between suppliers and business objectives. This is not an administrative role: it is a role with direct impact on margin, collection launches, and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities:
