Procurement Lead (Materials Management)

Lead and manage the MMT Buyers team to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and ethical procurement of materials, components, and services that support production and customer delivery requirements. Drive supplier performance, procurement excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead, coach, and oversee MMT Buyers to achieve procurement and operational KPIs.
• Develop and execute procurement plans to ensure material availability and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier commitments, and material shortages to support production schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance to resolve material‑related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
