Procurement Excellence Manager

We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Manager to join our Procurement team in Helsinki and play a key role in the implementation of a new procurement solution. In this role, you will be responsible for the P2P process area, acting as the bridge between procurement, business stakeholders, IT and the implementation partner to ensure efficient, compliant, scalable, and AI‑assisted service purchasing.

Main responsibilities

• owning the P2P process workstream within the new procurement solution implementation project
• defining target processes, business requirements and user needs for the service purchasing scope in collaboration with procurement, business and IT stakeholders
• supporting solution design, fit‑gap discussions and implementation decisions together with the project team and external partners
