Procurement Buyer (San Nicolás de los Garza)

The Procurement Buyer provides category and strategic support to one of the major spend categories. This position is responsible for managing raw materials regionally and typically reports to a Procurement Manager or Senior Procurement Manager.

Lead by example the regional and integral safety and ethical initiatives.

• Manages day‑to‑day activities within designated supplier relationships for existing suppliers in their assigned categories.
• Manages service level and quality complaint resolution as required for existing supplier base.
• Identifies, communicates, and supports process improvements for materials or services in assigned areas and with key stakeholders as required.
• Uses sourcing strategy processes and tools to effectively manage assigned sub‑categories.
