We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support our procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and a background in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Assist the Procurement Manager in daily operations.
- Prepare and process daily LPO (Local Purchase Orders).
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support in negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Knowledge of procurement processes.
- Background in manufacturing companies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with import regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- With Valid UAE Driving License is advantage
