The Procurement Administrator supports purchasing activities for factory and office supplies, hardware items, and expensed materials while maintaining competitive pricing and meeting quality and delivery requirements. This role performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry in Excel, document management, and support for the procurement team in parts investigation and inventory-related activities.
Responsibilities

+ Support the purchase of factory and office supplies, hardware items, and expensed materials while meeting quality and delivery requirements.

+ Maintain purchase prices at the lowest possible cost without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

+ Perform clerical and administrative duties such as keypunching, filing, and general administrative support.
