Processed cheese production lead

A food production company located in Komani, Eastern Cape, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to ensure compliance with production targets and food safety standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in processed cheese manufacturing, including supervisory roles. Technical expertise in slice-on-slice cheese production and knowledge of HACCP principles are required.
