Process Technologist

About The Role As a Process Technologist you will make sure that new products can be made safely, legally and to the right quality. You will run factory trials, follow the critical path and help products move from kitchen concept to full launch. Key Responsibilities: Follow the critical path to launch new products on time. Run bakery or factory trials and make sure products work on the line. Gather key information such as microbiological, nutritional and sensory data. Ensure products meet food safety, legality and quality standards.
