Process Technician (Buona Vista/5 Days/Up to $4000)

Our client, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, is looking for a hands‑on Process Technician with 2–3 years of experience in semiconductor processing, including thin film, etching, and SEM analysis.

• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues through data analysis
• Prepare and handle wafers, including cleaning and experiment setup
• Operate reactors for thin film deposition and etching processes
• Perform SEM analysis (cross‑section, CD, EDS) and sample preparation
• Record process data and evaluate wafer/thin film quality
• Carry out routine equipment maintenance and basic system alignment

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
• Training is provided
• 1–2 years of semiconductor or relevant lab experience
