**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Sample and test Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) by collecting representative materials from production or the job site and performing required volumetric tests, including laboratory compaction and maximum specific gravity.
+ Verify Job Mix Formula (JMF) compliance through continuous monitoring of asphalt binder content and aggregate gradation to ensure all materials stay within specified tolerances.
+ Perform daily aggregate sampling and testing at various production stages according to established schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
+ Maintain testing equipment by cleaning, calibrating, and ensuring all tools remain in proper working condition to support accurate and reliable results.
