Process Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused Operations Specialist to manage key operational activities. This role will be focusing on managing demand, logistics, financial reporting, and supporting the end-to-end life cycle of digital devices and applications in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Management: Own, drive and keep up to date, the demand management process for study portfolio, in alignment with project managers.
• Coordinating Demand Review Meetings and Presentations.
• Providing Stock Management Cleanup Recommendations.
• Updating monthly and weekly plans, and establishing JIRA‑Tickets and SAP Production Orders.
• Application Management: Support end-to-end life cycle of applications and devices deployed in clinical trials.
• Financial Reporting: Support the monthly cost reporting regarding hardware, workforce, and shipment/return shipments costs. This includes compiling data from vari...
