RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Leads process safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance with all elements of Process Safety Management (PSM)/Risk Management Plan (RMP), and conformance with external & internal standards. Advises on interpretation and application of internal and external standards, including Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP). Maintains and continuously improves local/ organization’s process safety standards/plans.2. Conducts, facilitates, and/or coordinates process safety hazard risk identification and mitigation activities, including facility siting, PHA (Process Hazard Analysis), LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis), Management of Change (MOC), and risk calibration.
