Purpose of the RoleThe Process Optimization Specialist, Projects will support process optimization initiatives with a focus on special projects across logistics operations. This role will assist in documenting processes, developing SOPs, and supporting execution of core operational activities to improve efficiency, standardization, and quality.Key Responsibilities
+ Support special projects focused on improving process efficiency, standardization, and execution
+ Assist with the development and updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs) using established frameworks, document end-to-end processes and system interactions
+ Identify process gaps, defects, and improvement opportunities, and update documentation accordingly
+ Manage exception handling, including resolution of data gaps and carrier-related inquiries (L1 support)
+ Maintain and update rates to ensure accuracy and support post-auditor requests and urgent invoice verifications
