**Job Title: Process Operator** **Job Description**
The Process Operator plays a key role in a GMP- and HACCP-certified food manufacturing facility by safely mixing raw materials, monitoring and adjusting processing equipment, and supporting filling and packaging operations. This position combines hands-on batch mixing with control-board monitoring, equipment troubleshooting, and accurate documentation to ensure high-quality, consistent production in a clean, regulated environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Mix batches of raw materials into large drums to initiate the liquidation process, following established procedures and specifications.
+ Lift and pour 30 lb buckets of raw material into drums safely and repeatedly throughout the shift.
+ Monitor the process through product and steam lines, ensuring steady flow and correct operating parameters.
