Process Operator - Portbury - £38,000 + Benefits
The Job:
A leading manufacturing company in Portbury is looking for a Process Operator to join their mill production team. You’ll work across different areas of the mill to help run a safe, efficient, and high quality manufacturing process. Full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Operating the blending and pressing equipment
- Completing routine production duties
- carrying out basic fault finding on machinery
- Help maintain quality standards, follow safety procedures and keep the mill clean and organised
- Support with simple maintenance tasks and update production records
Hours & Shift Pattern:
This role follows a fixed 12 hour rotating shift pattern (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am) with a repeating mix of day and night shifts. The pattern includes set working days and regular bu...
