As a Fugal Operator at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you will be working as part of our sugar production team, where you'll transform raw ingredients into raw sugar while having a blast! Initially located at Victoria Mill, Ingham offers a laid-back lifestyle, with stunning island beaches and exciting outdoor adventures right at your doorstep. Whether you're into fishing and boating, hiking, or just chilling by the beach, the Herbert Region has it all waiting for you.

This is a permanent position in our sugar processing factory which requires shift work during the crushing season (June - December), including weekends and overtime and day work during the maintenance period (Jan - May).
