We're seeking motivated Process Operators to join our team at Iron Bridge. You’ll be part of a diverse, supportive team committed to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor wet or dry plant processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow Standard Work Instructions to ensure consistent performance
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
- Provide clear and thorough shift handovers and maintain daily reports/logs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance
- Identify and mitigate hazards promptly to maintain a safe work environment
