Job Description

We are seeking a Process Management Advisor to join our People, Performance and Culture group at Hamilton City Council.

In this role, you will play an important part in helping Council work in a more consistent, efficient and connected way by supporting the documentation, maintenance and improvement of business processes. By strengthening how we manage our processes, you will directly contribute to better service delivery and improved outcomes for Hamiltonians.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Administering Nintex Process Manager, including user access, structure, metadata, templates, publishing support and day-to-day maintenance of the process knowledge base
