Process Maintenance Technician (Aseptic Fill Finish)

Seeking an experienced Process Maintenance Technician to support the startup and operation of a sterile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aseptic fill-finish equipment in a cGMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aseptic filling and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and process-related issues.
• Support aseptic filling lines, vial and syringe filling equipment, isolators, RABS, and associated process systems.
• Replace gaskets, seals, and sanitary process components as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders within CMMS.
• Interpret P&IDs, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure equipment reliability while maintaining compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.
