Process Improvement Eng - PCC

Under the general direction of the Manager of Process Engineering, Organizational Excellence, the Process Engineer supports process improvement and implementation initiatives within the Distribution and Configuration Center. This role applies Continuous Improvement and Lean principles to identify and execute opportunities that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Responsibilities include reviewing, designing, and implementing production workflows and process layouts for the TIDC to improve productivity, optimize labor utilization, and reduce waste. The Process Engineer also serves as a liaison between the Solutions Engineering Group (SEG) and Lab Operations to ensure new or modified projects are properly established and supported by clear, accurate, and comprehensive work instructions for seamless deployment.
