This role serves as a local subject matter expert for process improvement methodologies, driving initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-oriented, and skilled in change management, capable of balancing network standards with local operational needs. This position acts as an internal consultant to site leadership, leveraging data, operational expertise, and continuous improvement tools to foster a culture of excellence and support major business initiatives across the network.
