Process Excellence Lead

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivery Strategy & Governance

+ Define and implement the overall strategy for application development & maintenance and Center of excellence
+ Establish frameworks, standards, metrics, and best practices aligned with organizational and industry standards (ISO, CMMI, ITIL, GxP, Agile, DevOps).
+ Identify opportunities to centralize best practices, reduce duplication, and increase efficiency
+ Drive adoption of industry best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Application Development & maintenance and Center of Excellence
+ Establish governance frameworks, decision-making structures, and escalation paths
+ Ensure alignment with compliance, risk management, and corporate policies
+ Lead governance forums with senior stakeholders to drive accountability and transparency
+ Monitor adherence to standards and take corrective actions where needed
