Engineering Technician II
We are seeking an Engineering Technician II to support a pilot catheter manufacturing line as production volume increases. This individual will play a critical role in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, supporting operators, maintaining uptime, and helping improve manufacturing processes in a fast-paced medical device environment.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment issues
+ Support approximately 12-20 manufacturing workstations
+ Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
+ Assist operators with equipment and process-related challenges
+ Perform preventative maintenance activities
+ Collaborate with engineers on fixture improvements and manufacturing enhancements
+ Build or modify simple fixtures when needed
+ Support process improvement initiatives and production scale-up activities
