Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of new product projects, process modifications, and material evaluations. Initiate and manage yield improvement projects focused on machine mechanization and process optimization. Collaborate with other plants to implement improvement initiatives and lead Work Improvement Teams (WIT). Support production teams in troubleshooting excursions, utilizing the 4M methodology for root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Conduct method studies and employ quality tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
