Responsibilities
+ Lead small process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Provide effective troubleshooting and support for manufacturing processes.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of new process and equipment projects.
+ Demonstrate a thorough understanding of magnet wire manufacturing and process controls.
+ Compile standardized documents and perform training on them.
+ Coordinate and perform trials in compliance with JCP and customer standards.
+ Design and execute trials to qualify and evaluate equipment per JCP and customer standards....
