Process Development Engineer — Medical Injection Moulding

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking an engineer to join our manufacturing design team in Auckland. You will help introduce the latest Obstructive Sleep Apnoea masks into production, developing mould tool specs and working with toolmakers through design, build and test phases.

The role also involves troubleshooting tooling, thermoplastic and LSR injection moulding, and researching new moulding technologies to push what is possible in medical device manufacturing.
