This project requires support in our client ́s plant at Czech republic, so travel availability is a must.
Main functions to develop: Development and optimization of lamination and covering processes for industrial and/or automotive components.
Definition of process parameters, work instructions, and operating standards.
Participation in the industrialization of new products and project launches.
Coordination of validation testing for materials, adhesives, films, coatings, and covering processes.
Monitoring and improvement of production KPIs: quality, scrap, efficiency, OEE, cycle times, and productivity.
