Role Purpose:
The Process Controller – Fabric Quality is primarily responsible for conducting final fabric inspection using the -point system, preparing comprehensive Quality Summary Reports, and ensuring that all outgoing fabric lots meet defined quality standards before dispatch. Principal Accountabilities:
Inspection & Quality Evaluation
Co-ordinate & Monitor -Point fabric inspection system at Vendor location.Understanding on all fabric defects including weaving faults, dyeing and finishing defects & exposure in packing standards.Prepare lot wise inspection reports & arrive at overall lot quality status.Ensure GSM, width, colour, hand feel as per given standard.Evaluate shade consistency and record shade variation as per approved grading norms.Check and record fabric length per roll against d...
