Responsibilities
- Responsible for training delivery within the Aircraft Dispatch, Load Control, and Loadmaster community, including initial and refresher training.
- Preparing and updating training material while maintaining valid training records for audit purposes.
- Preparation of training material specific to Aircraft Dispatch and Load Control.
- Provide support to the Loadmaster Trainer.
- Delivery of Manual Load Control and Aircraft Dispatch functional training to the relevant teams.
- Maintenance of training records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Scheduling of recurrent training prior to expiry dates.
- Liaising and maintaining a strong relationship with outside stakeholders regarding system access and logging of training records.
- Researching and providing feedback to the line manager on potential gaps in training.
