Process Automation Engineer (AI/ML)

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation solutions for bank reconciliation, payment processing, and exception management across multiple markets.
• Apply AI/ML techniques such as anomaly detection and classification models to improve automation accuracy and reduce manual intervention.
• Integrate automation tools with core banking systems via APIs.
• Analyse current‑state processes and re‑engineer workflows to enable scalable automation across a multi‑market environment.
• Build and maintain RPA bots and custom scripts for data ingestion, transformation, and matching logic.
• Monitor automated processes in production, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimise performance.
• Collaborate with Banking Operations and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation, controls, and audit trails aligned to regulatory requirements.
