Our client is currently seeking a Process Analyst
This job will have the following responsibilities:Perform quality audits on incoming documents Tracking defects and errors Ensure documents are routed correctly Review and validate documents Working in Excel/spreadsheets 1-2 years in healthcare- understanding some medical terminology Analytical skills- Identify trends, patterns, and root causes Process improvement mindset
This job will have the following responsibilities:
This team handles incoming documents (medical records, claims, from third-party vendors. The documents go through an AI routing process to ensure they align with eligibility and appropriate workflows.
