Proactive Desktop Support Engineer (Windows & 365)

Sharp Brains in Tlaxcala, Mexico is seeking a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. You will provide on-site and remote support, maintain desktop systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in an enterprise environment.

You will install Windows 10/11, manage Microsoft 365 and Outlook, and support Intune and SCCM, VPNs, and core network services while delivering excellent customer service and meeting SLA targets.
