We are specifically seeking someone with deep expertise in real estate–related government processes including building permits, land department documentation, approvals, and developer‑level submissions.
Key Requirements- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong PRO experience within Dubai
- Well‑established relationships with:
- Dubai Land Department (DLD)
- RERA
- Municipality
- Trakhees
- Civil Defense
- Other real estate–related authorities
